- If your product breaks within 30 days of receiving it, you are eligible for a refund or replacement.

No Returns Policy:
- Please note that Beaded by Jess does not accept returns. Due to the unique and personalised nature of our handcrafted jewellery, we are unable to accommodate return requests.

- Products that show signs of misuse, mishandling, or damage beyond normal wear and tear may not be eligible for a refund or replacement.
